Once upon a time, the sound of sawmill blades echoed along the saltwater coastline s the timber industry supplied building materials to a growing America. This old-growth douglas fir lumber was used to float log rafts to the mills for processing. the stunning natural patterning comes from small burrowing clams that penetrated the wood surface over many years in the saltwater. They are a rare and beautiful natural resource that is salvaged and professionally milled for another life. The light emits in a stunning pattern through the naturally formed holes.

The sconce frame is made from repurposed dimensional lumber with a lightly distressed satin-painted finish. Custom colors can be accommodated upon request.

Built from UL-listed parts and professionally wired; two 60-watt LED bulbs supply the illumination, with an inline button dimmer controlling the brightness.

It can be hung as built in 5 minutes or less, or it can be direct-wired to any switched wall junction box by an electrician.
